Return & Refund Policy

At CANOVA8, every product is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care.
If something doesn’t work out, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Only unused items tried on indoors are eligible.

  • Items must be clean, odor-free, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, dog apparel is inspected and sanitized before resale.

  • Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected or incur a handling fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

How to Return

  1. Confirm your item meets the return conditions.

  2. Email support@canova8.com with your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label (or you can ship at your cost).

  4. Ship the product back and keep your tracking number.

  5. Refund will be issued once the item passes inspection.
