At CANOVA8, every product is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care.
If something doesn’t work out, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions

Only unused items tried on indoors are eligible.

Items must be clean, odor-free, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, dog apparel is inspected and sanitized before resale.

Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected or incur a handling fee.
Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
How to Return

Confirm your item meets the return conditions.

Email support@canova8.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label (or you can ship at your cost).

Ship the product back and keep your tracking number.

Refund will be issued once the item passes inspection.
